Eiléan Ni Chuilleanain read to a capacity audience in the Millstream Common Room, University of Limerick yesterday. The event was the first time Eiléan read from her new book The Mother House. It was a hugely memorable experience for all in attendance.
Thanks to photographer Patrick Dunne, one of our MA in Creative Writing students for the great photos!
There was also music by Meg Harper, Jose Colon, John Fitzgerald, Fiana Ni Chonnaill and Seamus MacMonagle. One of the pieces they played was the hornpipe The Boys of Blue Hill which is the title of Eiléan’s 2015 collection.
