Opinion: 25 years on from the Rwanda genocide. Can we make sure it never happens again?

VUSl968D_400x400Cian Matthew Kearns is a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics at the University of Limerick.  His PhD on risk assessment models for genocide is funded through the Irish Research Council and the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Cian wrote an opinion piece for the Journal.ie: ’25 years on from the Rwanda genocide. Can we make sure it never happens again?’
