AHSS researchers take part in new UL Talks videos

Three Faculty of AHSS lecturers have taken part in the new series of UL Talks videos. Dr Roberto Mazza (Department of History) speaks on the subject of “Palestine and Jerusalem – what links people together“, and Dr Marie-Thérèse Batardière & Catherine Jeanneau  (School of Modern Languages and Applied Linguistics) speak about “Internationalisation at home.”

UL Talks are short video lectures delivered by University of Limerick teachers on themes, issues, ideas and subjects that they are passionate about. These short videos convey UL’s commitment to teaching and learning in a world that is increasingly digital.  They are designed to showcase our teachers, and to give the wider world a flavour of some of the conversations being initiated within UL’s classrooms, laboratories and communities.

UL Talks are produced by the Centre for Teaching and Learning at UL. There are now a total of forty five talks, all available on UL’s YouTube channel.

The latest round of UL Talks were launched by UL President Dr Des Fitzgerald on 6th November.
